Job Description:
Forest Hills Hospital is a 322 bed community hospital located in an ethnically diverse residential neighborhood in central Queens. The hospital's medical staff and employees ensure sensitivity and respect for the cultural needs of patients and their families. The emergency department is a 911- receiving site, a certified heart station, and a New York State Department of Health- designated stroke center. The hospital has developed a bloodless medicine and surgery program, continues to build upon its excellent minimally invasive surgery program, and is making new strides in vascular surgery.
You will establish work schedules and assignments to correspond to efficient work flow and achieve continual quality improvements, prepare necessary reports such as budgets, annual reports, usage reports, newsletters and administrative reports and direct the staff in all aspects of the dispensing functions.
Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, New York State Pharmacy license and registration.

At least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.
*
Masters Degree plus five years hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.
