In this role, you will assess nutritional needs, communicate the care plan through our written record system, provide counseling to individuals and families, guide food selection and ensure adherence to standards. In addition, you will correlate your dietary plans with other health team members and develop the discharge plan in tandem with other disciplines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in food and nutrition required. ADA Registration and active membership also essential.
